The Roost Cafe is a family owned cafe located in Eustace, TX.  The Roost Cafe prides itself by cooking everything from scratch.  Our meals are freshly made daily. The Roost Cafe carries on the tradition of the home cooked feel good food started by the previous owners of Sue's Roost.
